CELLS UPI, in collaboration with CRICED University of Tsukuba, ALSI, and IA-STEM,
offers the Executive International Microcredential in STEM Leadership, Learning Leadership
and Innovation in Japan 2026. This program is designed for education practitioners,
school leaders, private school foundation leaders, teacher educators, lecturers, and
educational researchers who seek to strengthen evidence-based educational leadership.
The program combines pre-departure online learning through an LMS, a one-week immersion
in Japan, and a post-program capstone. During the Japan immersion, participants will
observe authentic research lessons in Mathematics, Science, Language, and Technology;
engage in structured reflection with Japanese teachers and school leaders; attend academic
sessions with CRICED professors; and participate in STEM industry visits and hands-on workshops.

Participants who complete all requirements will receive an Executive Microcredential
